When a small space is packed with many functions, the design must be extremely tactful to harmoniously combine technology with aesthetics. The honesty of materials, color combinations, and avoidance of hidden communications become very important. Open traffic on the walls and ceiling create a thoughtful decorative effect. All of this, combined with the use of materials in the room's construction, brings us closer to the loft aesthetic.

On an area of only 30 meters, we have placed a living room that can be transformed into a bedroom or a movie, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry area and storage space.

The concrete ceiling and stone walls are combined with natural wood panels. The active colors of the blue sea and the pale red of the early dawn were chosen to contrast the calm gray concrete ceiling and the warm wood of the walls and floor.

Instead of an air conditioner, preference was given to a ceiling fan, which mixes the air without causing the discomfort of a draft and at the same time creates an atmosphere of a leisurely vacation in southern countries. The ceiling lights next to the accent fans are technologically unremarkable.

The minimal kitchen has a full set of professional equipment that can meet the needs of an experienced chef. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need for personal hygiene and organized storage space. The washing machine is placed in a cabinet with closed facades to make the interior as holistic as possible.

All furniture elements can be repositioned or transformed to improve the function of the room. The kitchen partition can be lowered for cooking, the dining table can serve as an extension of the kitchen worktop or as a bar counter for receiving guests. The sofa can be both a bed and a comfortable seat for watching a movie.

Such a "smart" room can serve both as a place for temporary rest and as a permanent home.
